  1. Do you provide car seats for children?
    Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats at no charge.

  2. Do you charge for children?
    Yes

  3. Can we stop at the store on our transportation to Park City?
    Yes, just ask your driver. There is a charge of $5 for the stop and $1/minute after the first 10 minutes.

  4. How many bags can we put in the vehicle?
    One large bag and one medium sized bag per person.

  5. Is this a shared Ride?
    No, Peak Transportation operates only private vehicles.

  6. What is the benefit to using your service? I noticed that other companies charge a flat rate.
    When you compare our rates to the shared ride rates that most companies offer we are very competitive. The advantage is the comfort. You see, sharing a vehicle means that you have to share the vehicle. This means what might be a 35 minute trip to the airport can become a 1 hour trip with multiple stops before you get to your destination. Additionally, our vehicles are the most comfortable when compared to the standard 15 passenger van used for shared rides.

  7. What is the vehicle capacity?
    For our SUV service, six people with luggage. We also offer private Park City shuttle bus and van service for 7 – 14 people.

  8. How many skis can I bring?
    Up to six pairs in our SUVs and 14 pairs in our vans.

  9. Do you allow smoking in the vehicle?
    No, for the breathing comfort of our drivers and guests no smoking is permitted in any vehicle.

  10. How much time before our flight do we need to leave?
    We recommend leaving Park City 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure.

  11. How long should I expect to wait at the airport?
    When you arrive at the airport a driver will be waiting for you in a remote lot. Upon receiving your baggage you should not have to wait more than five minutes for your driver. In extreme winter weather conditions delays are possible.

  12. How do I find our driver when we arrive?
    When you have received all your baggage please call 435-901-4266 and your driver will be dispatched to the terminal and you will be instructed on where to meet your driver.

  13. Do you do a meet and greet?
    Yes, we can offer this service for an additional $30.

  14. Do you offer private vehicles?
    Peak Transportation only offers private service.

  15. Can you provide transportation around town?
    Yes, please call 435-901-TAXI (8294)

  16. Can I pay in cash when I arrive?
    Yes, your credit card is only used to guarantee your reservation. If you would like to pay cash please let your driver know.

  17. What if I need to cancel or change my time?
    Peak Transportation maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 48 hours before no charge. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your reservation will forfeit full payment. There are no refunds for NO SHOWS.

  18. What if my flight is delayed?
    We will be tracking your flight and will have a driver waiting for you when you arrive.

  19. What if someone cancels at the last minute?
    Your credit card will be charged for the full amount.

  20. What if we need to add another person?
    In most case we can accommodate changes to an existing reservation. Please call 435-901-4266 to change an existing reservation.
